NCC, through its training arm, the National Computer Institute, pledges to actively participate in the annual conduct of proficiency examinations, in tandem with the Civil Service Commission for ICT professionals in the government and the private sector, as well as for independent professionals who wish to evaluate their individual level of technical skills against standards set by industry certification bodies.
