The NCC provides technical assistance in the local area network (LAN) requirements of NGAs. LAN is crucial to an agency as it enables sharing of ICT resources, which can be accessed by anyone within an organization.
Requirements:
Formal request in the agency letter head signed by the Head of the agency.
Procedure on how to avail the service:
- The agency shall write a formal request to the head of the National Computer Center stating clearly the assistance they are seeking. The letter should be addressed to:

- Upon receipt of the letter, the NCC shall contact the agency for the schedule of the exploratory talk regarding their request.
In case NCC has no response after x days, the agency should call, email or visit:

- Based on the outcome of the meeting, the NCC shall prepare a response letter to be forwarded to the concerned agency after 2 days.
